The Process
1. Contact!
The client makes contact with SinglePage Web Studios.

2. Contact details of the client are taken, and a meeting/
an interview is set up.
3. Meeting/Interview questions to be answered.
The client is looking to… The client would like…
The goal the client wants to achieve is…
The client have/do not have, images/content/domain/
hosting/current site etcetera…
What the client requires and what they have
seen that they like as an example of expectations.
4. Armed with the above info, SinglePage do some research
on the client’s market and work out a proposal.
This can take up to a week, depending on how
complicated the project is. The proposal will be in the
form of a solution shown with Adobe XD (visuals) of the
proposed site and costings.
5. Clients have the opportunity to ask for changes and give
their input. SinglePage repeats the exercise and makes a new
proposal.
6. This continues until one party walks away from
the deal or the client accepts.
7. Once the client accepts, a contract of understanding is
sent to the client, based on the quotation accepted by the
client. Both parties must sign this contract.
8. All is done online as soon as the parties have time.

9. Initial payment is done as per the quotation and then
SinglePage Web Studios start building the site.
Everything possible is done to keep to the schedule
given to the client in the proposal.
10. Handover: Once done and completed and all final
payments are made, SinglePage Web Studios hand over the
site including required files, passwords, etcetera.
11. As per what is agreed upon in the contract, SinglePage
Web Studios carry on to do the maintenance,
marketing, posts, or whatever was agreed upon in the
proposal.
